Ordered this in September around the 16 th, for a trip to Europe, leaving the 23 rd. It arrived on October 5th. Customer service and shipping is very poor, if you need something from this company for a deadline, leave yourself a month or so ahead of time because their shipping is buy pony express. I wouldn't buy from them again based on the shipping practices alone. Poor,poor service = no business.
